River Ridge CDD elects officers, newly elected supervisors sworn in

The River Ridge Community Development District elected its 2025 officers on Nov. 19, 2024, adopting Resolution 2025-02 to name Bob Schultz as chair and Terry Mountford as vice chair while confirming Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as assistant secretaries. The motion, made by Supervisor Terry Mountford and seconded by Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal, passed unanimously.
Cleo Adams, the district manager, administered the oath of office to newly elected supervisors Kurt Blumenthal (Seat 3), Terry Mountford (Seat 4) and Robert Twombly (Seat 5). The board also left prior appointments in place, including Chesley “Chuck” Adams as secretary, Craig Wrathell as assistant secretary and treasurer, and Jeff Pinder as assistant treasurer.
The elections and oath were presented as routine organizational business. Board members received reminders about required ethics training and Form 1 disclosure filings; staff added the deadline for the four-hour ethics training to the district’s Key Activity Dates list.
The board adopted Resolution 2025-02 by unanimous vote. The next regular meeting is scheduled for Dec. 10, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.
