Jeffrey Gore, owner of IKHAAN Entertainment, told the Town of Atlantic Beach council on May 5 that he has several performers tentatively booked for the town's Memorial Bike Fest and will deliver a finalized schedule in the coming days.
Gore told the council he is negotiating with additional acts and expects to provide the event timeline "prior to... probably by tomorrow, no later than Wednesday." He listed several performers under consideration, including Petey Pablo, Young LA, Live in the Flesh and a lineup of DJs and local acts.
Council members insisted the organizer publish start times and per-act time slots so residents can plan attendance. "Think about those of us of a certain age who really are looking to enjoy specific types of entertainment. We need to know when that entertainment is gonna start," Councilwoman Carla Taylor said. Mayor Pro Tem John David said the town will post the timeline on its website once provided.
The council also confirmed continued volunteer recruitment for the festival and asked staff and the organizer to share sign-up details publicly. Gore said his team manages marketing and will provide the poster and schedule for town posting.
