School choice and student services: Student services reported the school‑choice application window is open through April 1 and that the district had received about 290 applicants to date. The department also flagged a parent night that drew roughly 40 community members and vendors and reminded trustees that Project Adam — a program to improve cardiac emergency readiness — will designate four pilot schools in the spring, with plans to expand designation to the rest of the district.
