Boca Raton CRA cancels three summer meetings and sets alternate dates

The Boca Raton CRA adopted Resolution 202401CRA to cancel regular meetings scheduled for June 24, July 8 and Aug. 12 and to hold meetings instead on June 10, July 22 and Aug. 26; the action passed unanimously after no public comment.
The Boca Raton Community Redevelopment Agency on April 24 adopted Resolution 202401CRA to cancel certain regular meetings in June, July and August and to set alternate meeting dates.
Staff presented the resolution, which cancels the CRA’s regular meetings on June 24, July 8 and Aug. 12, and schedules replacement meeting dates on June 10, July 22 and Aug. 26. The board opened the public hearing; with no public comment, Mayor Singer moved to adopt the resolution, Deputy Mayor Drucker seconded, and the board voted unanimously to approve the change.
The resolution provides for severability and an effective date as included in the agenda packet; the clerk completed the roll call and recorded the unanimous vote.
