Council honors outgoing City Attorney Mara Elliott with a proclamation

Deputy City Attorneys Association president Shelley Webb and several community members and colleagues offered remarks and thanked Elliott for mentorship and office culture reforms. Elliott accepted the recognition, thanked her staff and family and said she will formally depart with a public farewell on Dec. 10.
Action: The council approved the proclamation by voice vote. Remarks included acknowledgments of deputies and other staff and requests for photos and group recognition following the ceremony.
