In routine business the board approved budget transfers for Aug. 22–Sept. 19, 2025 totaling $72,576.70 and a revised manifest of bills for the same period in the amount of $1,339,894.54. The budget‑transfer motion passed in a roll‑call vote (moved by Ralph Bonard; seconded by Robert Carlson). The manifest of bills was placed on file with the Board Secretary.
The board also reviewed and certified compliance with the New Jersey administrative code provision cited in the agenda (N.J.A.C. 6A:23A‑16.10), confirming that, after review of the monthly reports and consultation with the appropriate district official, no major account or fund was over‑expended for the remainder of the year.
