The council convened at 6:25 p.m. at Mulga Town Hall. Rachel Davis moved to approve the Nov. 18, 2025 minutes; Gage Kelley seconded and the motion passed by roll call with Seat 3 recorded as absent. Later, Gage Kelley moved to approve payment of the town’s bills; that motion also passed by roll call with the same attendance pattern.
On the equipment request, Mayor W. Keith Varner told the council the bucket truck is at the mechanic and said the price to get it running was "a little over $14,000.00." Councilor Gage Kelley moved to authorize $15,000 for repairs; Jeremy Davis seconded. The motion passed by roll call (Seat 1: Yes; Seat 2: Yes; Seat 3: Absent; Seat 4: Yes; Seat 5: Yes; Mayor: Yes).
For the holiday parade, the council approved purchasing 300 coffee vouchers from 7 Angels coffee truck at a total cost of $600 after a motion by Gage Kelley and second by Lelan Taylor. That motion passed by the same roll-call pattern. The council also approved a one-time pay increase for town employees — $250 for employees with less than two years of service and $500 for employees with two or more years — after a motion by Gage Kelley and second by Jeremy Davis. The motion passed by roll call with Seat 3 absent.
Councilors voted to enter executive session later in the meeting to consult the town attorney about a zoning inquiry (see separate item). The meeting reconvened and was adjourned; Robin Giardina attested the minutes.
