- Resolution to suspend the open-container ordinance for a proposed beer festival (August 8, Main Street, Louisville): resolution approved (SEG 1615–1751).
- Election: Paul Wise (District 6) elected Mayor Pro Tempore (SEG 1779–1803).
- Appointments: council approved a slate of appointees to the planning commission and board of zoning appeals and other advisory bodies as read into the record (SEG 1804–1878; 1888–2060).
- Personnel and contract motions from executive session: council voted to retain the town attorney as-is, extend the municipal judge's contract, and amend the town manager's contract to extend to December 2027 with a 24-week severance provision (SEG 2334–2452).
