St. Charles council approves consent agenda including storm-warning sirens and infrastructure contracts

The meeting record shows the consent agenda passed on roll call with all voting councilmembers recorded as 'Aye' for the balance of items. Item 8.F.1 (Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law related to demolition/removal of 500 Main Street, Building 90 of the ACF Complex) was removed from the consent agenda and later passed separately.
