Councilwoman Cusk moved to approve the minutes of the Dec. 10 meeting; the motion was seconded and carried on roll call with Councilwoman Cusk, Councilmen Gutwer, Kilman, Pablo, and Councilwomen Poppy and Woods recorded as voting yes. A consent-resolution motion to pass resolutions 230–241 was made and seconded; the clerk called the roll and the same members were recorded as voting yes, approving the listed resolutions as a package.
The clerk read the meeting’s public-notice statement, citing the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Law and saying the notice ran in the borough record on Dec. 9, 2025. The mayor opened the public-comment period, provided rules for speakers and called for comments three times; no members of the public spoke on the record during the allotted time.
