Planning board approves four small business site-plan waivers

Applicants and proposed uses: Michael Evangel (145 North Central; chiropractic office, single practitioner); Rebel Core Management represented by Stephanie Junkerelli (1000 Lake Street, modern Pilates studio with two full-time practitioners); Erica Smuckler (child and teen counseling practice at 300 Lake Street; services by appointment); and Martin Benson (MJB Home Entertainment, photography and head-shot studio at 623 Swan Street).
Board members asked routine operational questions (employee counts, appointment schedules, drop-off/pick-up protocols for children) and confirmed procedures for parental supervision during minors's sessions. After the presentations the board moved to approve the waivers and recorded a unanimous roll-call vote in the meeting minutes.
