Landowner raises concern the Old River Road easement could block access; committee defers comment

Members of the public added context: resident Harry Gordon said Mr. Ehrenreich previously put a chain across the turnaround that prevented mail and other delivery vehicles from functioning; Gita Martorano urged the committee to hear both sides and gather facts before acting.
