Cambridge Museum and Historical Preservation Commission seek county funding for 2027

Tony Edmondson of the Historical Preservation Commission explained the commission’s responsibilities, requested $3,500 for the 2027 budget and recommended increasing commission membership from five to nine.
Commissioners heard the requests and did not take immediate action during the meeting; budget requests will be considered as part of the county’s 2027 budget process.
