County approves Change Order #4 for Cove Road Bridge with credits totaling $69,825

Road and Bridge/Solid Waste Supervisor Jerod Odoms presented the change order showing credit amounts of $55,860 and $13,965; the board approved the credits (motion moved by Nate Marvin, seconded by Jim Harberd).
Odoms also provided a department update on upcoming bridge construction and work on Highway 95. Commissioners asked about activity on Gentry Lane (no work yet) and raised a safety concern about weeds obstructing the line of sight at Couper Lane and Highway 95.
The board approved the change order as presented to reduce project costs and directed staff to continue coordinating bridge work and local maintenance.
