Weiser Ambulance District reports drop in calls, approves payroll and expenses

Foster presented payroll (Order No. 26-35) in the amount of $24,337.29 and general expenses (Order No. 26-36) which the board approved; the warrant/order for general expenses was approved as $7,066.29 in the meeting vote (the meeting record contains an earlier, slightly different figure). Commissioners and Foster also discussed maintenance needs at the Ambulance Hall, including removing the front-lawn irrigation and replacing lawn with gravel and repairs to the ambulance concrete apron.
The board recessed as the Weiser Ambulance District to review the district paperwork and then reconvened as the Board of Washington County Commissioners. Foster said the district will continue to review call volume and collectible revenue to adjust operations as needed.
