The committee approved the minutes of the Sept. 3, 2024 meeting on a motion by Commissioner Reilly, seconded by Commissioner Koomer; the roll call was unanimous among members present. Requisitions totaling $699.00 were presented and approved on a motion by Commissioner Reilly and seconded by Commissioner Koomer. Bills totaling $306,134.22 were presented and approved similarly, and unlisted bills totaling $1,143.11 were also approved after the same motion/second pattern. The minutes record all those motions as passing with the members present voting in the affirmative.
Communications were listed as "None Presented" and department reports were filed for Finance (8/24) and WPD (8/24); the minutes do not show discussion of those reports. The Citizen's Forum recorded "None Presented."
