Rochelle Park board approves $171,428 in bills, grant submissions and budget filings

At its Nov. 19 meeting the Rochelle Park Board of Education approved payment of bills and mandatory payments totaling $171,427.95, with fund breakdowns listed for General, Grants, Foodservice and CARES funds. The board also authorized submission of a National School Lunch Program Equipment Assistance grant application for $12,386.90.
Other finance actions approved included acceptance of the Secretary and Treasurer reports for Oct. 31, 2024, adoption of a District Purchasing Manual, submission of the FY24 mid-year budget review to the Executive County Business Administrator, and approval of the Annual Health and Safety Evaluation of School Buildings Checklist for submission to the county. The board also approved contract amendments and service authorizations, including an amended Priority Nursing Services agreement and a Physical Therapy evaluation for a specified CST case.
