Bedminster board deems one application incomplete, approves BDE Holdings resolution and schedules further hearings

The Bedminster Township Land Use Board addressed several routine and procedural matters at its Jan. 10 meeting, including deeming an application incomplete for missing Board of Health approval and approving a resolution for BDE Holdings.
Chairwoman Gacha read a letter from an attorney requesting a postponement of application '20 R 206' to Sept. 11, 2025, and the board moved to approve a separate resolution for BDE Holdings. The board then considered an application for an addition and detached garage on Persville Road and, after staff noted the property had an altered septic system that required Board of Health approval, the board voted to deny any waiver and to deem that application incomplete.
Board members also received updates on other pending matters and potential future agendas: one Exxon service-station application was flagged as incomplete (staff said the convenience store portion had been built without approvals and that the application included proposed EV chargers and a generator), and an AT&T application for C-variance and site-plan waivers was noted as recently submitted and under review. The board discussed meeting scheduling for May to address outstanding items and to continue the fourth‑round affordable‑housing review.
The board moved to adjourn following those items.
