Bedminster Committee Unanimously Approves Procurement-Card Switch, DCA Grant Application and Consent Items

The committee unanimously approved resolution 2025 078 authorizing the township to apply for a New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA) LEAP grant (Local Efficiency Achievement Program), estimated in the meeting record at approximately $410,000, to purchase a shared street sweeper in coordination with the boroughs of Far Hills and Peep Gladstone. Ms. Ray said application materials were added late to the agenda, the LEAP grant deadline is May 30, and each participating municipality must support the application.
