6) Approve advanced sale and refund for three cemetery graves (Hemingway/Love) — Motion by J. Sabgash, support by S. Keinath; Ayes: Sabgash, Green, Jaruzel, Keinath and Loomis; Nays: none. Motion carried.
7) Increase Zoning Administrator pay to $600/month, $100 per pursued zoning violation and $100 per SLU presentation (paid from SLU escrow) — Motion by S. Keinath, support by J. Sabgash; Ayes: Keinath, Sabgash, Green and Jaruzel; Nays: Loomis. Motion carried.
8) Adopt Resolution regarding zoning and blight enforcement prepared by law firm (no cost to township) — Motion by R. Loomis, support by L. Jaruzel; Ayes: Keinath, Green, Jaruzel, Sabgash and Loomis; Nays: none. Motion carried.
9) Adopt Procedure for processing special land use permits as guidelines — Motion by S. Keinath, support by J. Sabgash; Ayes: All. Motion carried.
10) Adopt Procedure for adoption of zoning ordinance amendment as guidelines — Motion by S. Keinath, support by R. Loomis; Ayes: All. Motion carried.
11) Allow township board and appointed members to attend MTA workshop on Sept. 24 for $175 per person — Motion by R. Loomis, support by J. Sabgash; Ayes: Sabgash, Green, Keinath, Jaruzel and Loomis. Motion carried.
12) Publish Planning Commission available seats in the newspaper — Motion by A. Green, support by L. Jaruzel; Ayes: All. Motion carried.
13) Adjourn — Motion by R. Loomis, support by J. Sabgash; meeting adjourned at 8:22 p.m.
