Millington Township denies requested six-plot sale, tables advance-sale request and orders cemetery ordinance review

A subsequent motion by Loomis, supported by Clerk Jackie Sabgash, to allow "Kay" three plots, Bruce three plots and Lynette two plots (with Bruce and Lynette as advanced sales) failed by recorded votes: Jaruzel voted no, Green voted no, Sabgash voted yes, Keinath voted no and Loomis voted yes.
The board then voted to table a proposed advanced sale for Bruce Hemingway and Lynette Love until they come before the township board in person; the motion carried (Keinath yes, Green yes, Loomis no, Jaruzel yes, Sabgash yes). The board instructed the Zoning Administrator to draft a cemetery ordinance amendment removing the sentence "No advance sale of lots before time of need unless approved by the Millington Township Board" and to clarify the total of a three-grave lot limit so the ordinance language is explicit.
