Later, Todd Pangle moved, seconded by Mayor Pro-Tem Richard, to send 261 Oak Street to Genesee County for development consideration; that motion also passed unanimously.
Council discussion noted grant potential tied to a forthcoming housing study but did not adopt a specific redevelopment plan or budget at the meeting. The actions taken were limited to pursuing valuation options and referring the property to the county; staff will return with recommended options.
