Montrose approves $13,476 payment to contractor for storm drain work EGLE declined to fund

Robert Arnold moved to approve the invoice and Aaron Burch seconded; the motion passed with all members recorded as voting aye in the minutes. The minutes state EGLE would not provide funding for the work because it was out of scope, and staff recommended council approve payment to the contractor.
