Commission approves minutes, payroll and ambulance dispatch contract

Deputy clerks Marquerite VanDyke and Carol Willard presented accounts payable and payroll for review. Commissioner Bruce Jolley moved to approve sick-leave bank donations and later moved to approve the bills and payroll as presented; both motions were seconded and carried. The minutes include a full vendor listing and payment amounts.
Gretchen Gasvoda requested an executive session for personnel; Commissioner Dave Neves moved to enter executive session, the motion was seconded and carried. The executive session concluded with no action taken. Clerk Lori Smallwood presented old and new business items; Commissioner Neves moved to approve the Commission minutes from Sept. 2, 2025, and moved to approve the contract for Rural Health Care ambulance dispatch services as presented; both motions were seconded and carried.
What happens next: payments will be processed per approved payroll and vendor lists; the ambulance dispatch contract will be implemented under the terms approved by the commission.
