Lovell requests county support for $70,000 NEPA study on Cottonwood Trails project

Jed Nebel, representing the Town of Lovell, asked the Big Horn County Commission on Jan. 20 to provide a letter of support for a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) study needed for the Cottonwood Trails project.

In a related administrative item, Clerk Lori Smallwood presented a letter confirming Bureau of Land Management review and approved placement of gravel on a BLM lease used by the Lovell Gun and Rod Club; Jolley moved to approve the letter, and the commission carried the motion.
