- Trails of Black Mountain (Final-plat recording extension): The commission approved a two-year extension for the applicant to record the final plat for the first phase of the Trails of Black Mountain mixed-use project; staff noted completed traffic and geotechnical studies and said the applicant expects to submit the preliminary plat within about 60 days. Motion carried with seven votes in favor.
- City Center residential setback amendment (Item 8): Commission approved reducing the side-yard setback for identified City Center lots from 5 feet to 3 feet to provide builders greater design flexibility on narrow (40-foot) lots; the vote carried with five in favor.
- Revive Behavioral Health (Conditional Use Permit renewal): The commission renewed Revive’s CUP for six years and amended the security-stipulation language to exclude medical and non-safety calls when calculating the >2 calls/month trigger for automatic security reinstatement; the clerk announced seven votes in favor.
