County staff detail three CJCC grants for family treatment, chance and DUI courts

The third grant (AW-ACFP-27-125) covers the DUI court and was listed at $111,964 with a $19,758 match to be funded from the state court DUI court’s existing budget; staff presenting that item said the funds cover surveillance, treatment and drug screening.
Presenters described these awards as recurring CJCC funding the county receives to support accountability court programs. Staff recommended acceptance and said the grants would fund staffing and treatment services central to the programs’ operations; the work session record shows presentation and discussion but no recorded formal acceptance vote in this session.
