Rumson-Fair Haven board approves unaffiliated staff roster and summer appointments

At the June 19 meeting the Rumson-Fair Haven Regional High School Board approved personnel slate items for 2025–26 and a series of addenda appointments for summer programs and the Extended School Year.
The unaffiliated positions list approved by the board included Sean Cranston as Business Administrator/Board Secretary at $186,124 and Stephen Sarles as Principal at $180,714. The board also approved additional unaffiliated and support positions with listed salaries and authorized summer hours for selected staff, extended-school-year staffing, coaching and advisor appointments, and stipends for instructional coaches.
Other approvals included summer professional-development stipends, AI Think Tank member stipends, appointments for technical and student interns, and security monitors for after-school activities. The new school psychologist and wellness counselor Yanna Pressimone was approved for an August 27, 2025 start date pending completion of required paperwork. The personnel package and addenda were approved on a motion by Mr. Page, seconded by Mr. Grant; roll call recorded eight affirmative votes and one n/a.
