The Board approved the recognition with no discussion.
The resolution noted Holloway’s efforts to promote student fellowships, civic engagement programs such as the Rutgers Democracy Lab and the Scarlet Service Internship Program, and his emphasis on academic freedom and campus discourse. The minutes record that Holloway has had transition discussions with President-designate Tate and said the University is well positioned for the future.
