Rumson‑Fair Haven board approves bill lists and financial certifications for May–July 2025

School Business Administrator/Board Secretary Sean S. Cranston certified under N.J. Admin. Code 6A:23A‑16.10(c)3 that no line item had been over‑expended and that sufficient funds were available to meet the district’s financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year. The minutes record Cranston’s signed certification.
The minutes list the June 30 bill list totals as General Fund $228,578.94, Capital Projects $10,140.00 and Food Services $54,474.60 for total expenditures of $293,193.54; payroll on June 30, 2025 was recorded as $189,272.39, bringing total expenditures reported on that set to $482,465.93. The July 3 bill list shows General Fund $394,313.64 and Food Services $1,498.00 for total expenditures of $395,811.64.
On a motion by Mrs. Whitehouse and seconded by Mrs. Kiley, the board approved Finance Items #10–#15 by roll call as reflected in the minutes.
