Members also discussed internal governance tools: creating a shared, live "board book" that would host current contracts, policies, committee materials and training resources; shared folders for contracts and negotiations; and a communications protocol defining when presentations or newsletter items should be emailed to community subscribers rather than only posted online.
Finally, the board raised branding items such as consolidating district information pages, adding clearer navigation for board members and possibly replacing an aging mascot costume donated to the school because of heat and usability concerns.
