On a motion by Commissioner Joe Leslie, seconded by Commissioner Dennis Wadsworth, the board entered executive session at 9:48 a.m.; those present included the County Board, County Attorney Joe McNally and attorney Andrew Willis of Cline Williams. The board returned to regular session at 11:03 a.m. on a motion by Commissioner Wadsworth and adjourned at 11:04 a.m. The minutes record the executive session took place but do not disclose further details of the discussion.
