Rutherford council awards 2025 road-improvements contract to DS Meyers Enterprises after public-works briefing

Brian described televising and cleaning core storm sewers. He said the Carneer 36‑inch line had been packed with about 18–20 inches of hardened silt that limited flow, and that jetting removed that material and restored the line’s designed capacity. “So you got 100% back,” he said, describing the practical effect of the cleaning in returning the pipe to useful service and reducing the need for major repairs.
