Cody Cook, participating virtually, outlined the infrastructure and maintenance considerations for a permanent restroom and said a holding tank would require periodic pumping. Committee members suggested researching grant opportunities—particularly those serving rural communities or parks—and community fundraising and agreed the restroom project could become a future committee priority.
