Two new members, Hollis Copeland and Amy Mansue, were inducted into the Rutgers Board of Governors at the Board’s special virtual meeting on July 1, 2025.
Chair Amy Towers called on both inductees to unmute their microphones, and Robert Roesener, Associate Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, administered the Oath of Allegiance and Office. The Board congratulated Mr. Copeland and Ms. Mansue following the administration of the oath.
The induction occurred early in a meeting that also included the Board’s unanimous approval of William J. Castner as Executive Vice President for Legal Affairs and General Counsel and remarks marking President William F. Tate IV’s first Board meeting. No further discussion of the new members’ terms or assignments was recorded in the minutes.
