Board member Danielle Percy moved and Ryan Blessing supported approval of the meeting agenda as presented; the motion carried 7-0. By consent the board approved the Dec. 8, 2025 regular meeting minutes and bills presented for payment totaling $110,644.70.
Board members discussed improving communication through work sessions, ad hoc meetings and an annual retreat and scheduled a work session for Jan. 26 at 5:30 p.m. to focus on board communication. The meeting concluded with a motion by Ryan Blessing, supported by Danielle Percy, to adjourn; the motion carried 7-0 and the meeting was adjourned at 7:02 p.m.
