Councilmember Gretchen Bertschy moved to approve the agreement and Councilmember Amanda Dunnem seconded. The council left for a closed session at 6:45 p.m. to discuss the IAFF negotiations and reconvened in open session at 7:05 p.m. The motion to approve the contract passed on a roll call vote with the following members recorded as yea: Charlie McAfee, William Weimer, John DiCostanzo, Michael Thompson, Georgia Boggs, Gretchen Bertschy, Amanda Dunnem and Timothy Rogers. No nay votes were recorded in the roll call related to the approval.
