Todd Vibert, a committee member, was assigned to contact Chris Lesiak about identifying a suitable location for the bonfire. An administrative item recorded for follow-up was a payment: a check for Andrew Decker of the Decker Bandits will be needed by Friday, July 3. The committee set its next regular meeting for Thursday, July 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
