The Mantorville City Council on April 20 approved transferring $39,826.62 toward the purchase of a new grass rig and requested that Music in Mantorville provide a list of committed vendors for the next council meeting.
Councilmember Jim Potter moved and Councilmember Lynnette Nash seconded to approve Resolution 2026-11, which authorizes the fund transfer; the motion carried 5–0. Mayor Jeff Ingalls also asked Music in Mantorville to compile a vendor list and suggested the city consider waivers for some vendors. The minutes state the City will not charge vendors for Marigold Days.
The transfer was recorded as an approved resolution in the meeting minutes; the clerk will reflect the transfer in year-end fund accounting.
