Rich Tompkins moved to approve the consent agenda and Harry Smith seconded; the motion carried with votes recorded as Smith, Ferrone, Tompkins, Triano, Carbone and Graichen where noted in the roll call approving the consent package. A separate motion (Res. 26-71) to rescind Res. 26-62 was moved by Bob Triano, seconded by Rich Tompkins and approved with Council Member Michael Carbone recorded as abstaining.
The council also approved event permits on the consent agenda: the April 11 Runapalooza Jersey Shore Running Clubs relay race, the April 25 Habitat for Humanity Walk to Build 2026 and the June 5–6 Seaside Heights Music Fest presented by the Seaside Heights BID and WRAT; Council Member Carbone was recorded as abstaining on the Music Fest vote.
