Shrewsbury board certifies September finances, approves $164,329.57 bills list

The Shrewsbury Borough School District Board of Education certified the district’s September financial status and approved payment items during the Oct. 16 regular meeting.
School Business Administrator Lindsey Case certified that no line items were overexpended in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A:20-2.13(d). The board recorded payroll certifications for Sept. 13 ($293,612.51) and Sept. 30 ($290,660.28), totaling $584,272.79. The board also approved the October 2024 bills list totaling $164,329.57.
The minutes cite statutory and regulatory authorities supporting the certifications (N.J.A.C. 6A:20-2.13(d) and N.J.S.A. 18A:19-1B) and state that transfer requests and bills lists were available for review in the Board Secretary’s Office.
