Town and Country approves two ordinances; two bills continued to March 9
Summary
On Feb. 23 the Town and Country Board unanimously adopted Ordinance Nos. 4732 and 4733 (boundary adjustment and amended site plan) and continued two bills — including the rooftop-solar conditional-use (Bill 26-06) and a building-code amendment (Bill 26-07) — to the March 9 meeting.
The Town and Country Board of Aldermen unanimously approved two ordinances during its Feb. 23 meeting.
Bill 26-04, approving a boundary adjustment plat for 1285 and 1297 Dry Ridge Road, passed by roll call and became Ordinance No. 4732. The city clerk recorded affirmative responses from Aldermen Gerber, Friedman, Canella, Murphy, Hughes, Harter and Schwar.
Bill 26-05, approving an amended final site development plan for Marie Davilla, passed by roll call and became Ordinance No. 4733. The same members recorded affirmative votes and the ordinance was adopted.
Two items were continued to the board's next meeting on March 9: Bill 26-06 (a conditional-use permit for a roof-mounted solar energy system at 12545 Ammersham Court) and Bill 26-07 (an amendment to building-code public-notice requirements related to architectural review). No final action on those bills occurred on Feb. 23.
