Mr. Hollrah provided a brief overview of the project scope and materials. Board member Mr. Ivy described the design as an "elegant solution." Chairman Hughes called for public comment; no members of the public spoke.
Mr. Ivy moved to recommend approval and Mr. Sutcu seconded. A voice vote carried and the Board unanimously approved the architectural review and authorized issuance of a building permit when the requirements for all applicable codes and ordinances have been met.
