Commission recommends approval for boundary adjustment of Bellerive Country Club Grounds parcels

The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Town and Country voted Feb. 18 to recommend approval of a boundary adjustment plat for two parcels identified as Parcel A and Parcel B in the Bellerive Country Club Grounds to revise an odd lot configuration.
Owner Drew Dennison told the Commission he purchased the lot because “he did not want a big construction project next door to him or across the street from his parents” and asked that the lot be revised to be more saleable in the future. Alderman Kinsella said his concern was eased after learning homeowners across the street were aware of the proposed adjustment. No members of the public spoke for or against the request.
Commissioner White moved to recommend approval to the Board of Aldermen; Alderman Kinsella seconded. The roll call vote was recorded as seven ayes and no nays, and the motion carried (recorded as 7-0). The recommendation will be forwarded to the Board of Aldermen for final action.
