President Joseph Miller called the emergency meeting of the Stoutland R‑II Board of Education to order at 6:00 p.m. and the board completed roll call before taking up business.
The board voted unanimously to certify updated April 2025 election ballots that add a line for a write‑in candidate. Board member Dustin Britzman moved to approve and certify the updated Laclede County ballot, and board member Josh Kincaid seconded; the motion carried 7‑0. Board member Josh Kincaid then moved to approve and certify the updated Camden County ballot to include a write‑in line, seconded by board member Shawn Henson; that motion also passed 7‑0.
