Hackberry Elementary School District board adopts wide package of advisory policies, declines Policy 716

The Hackberry Elementary School District #3 Governing Board met July 14, 2025 at Cedar Hills School and approved a broad package of advisory policies while voting not to adopt Advisory Policy 716. The meeting record shows every motion recorded in the transcript passed by a 4-0 tally.

Finally, the board considered a lengthy first read and subsequent approval of Advisory Policies Nos. 876–905, covering fiscal management goals, annual budget regulations, budget hearings and reviews, purchasing and payroll procedures, audits, and school property disposition; that motion is recorded as passing 4-0.
