The motion passed 3–2, with Mr. Schultz, Mr. Twombly and Mr. Merrill voting in favor and Mr. Mountford and Mr. Blumenthal dissenting. The board directed staff to revisit the relocation proposal in the FY2026 budget process and to monitor the temporary installation.
