Premier Lakes reports nano-bubbler repair, increased service frequency and storm prep to River Ridge Board

Bill Kurth, representing Premier Lakes, told the River Ridge CDD Board on Aug. 27 that the lakes "appear to be in very good shape" and that preserve and dry-retention maintenance is underway.
Kurth said crews removed fallen trees from the Florida Power & Light ditch and outfall structure in advance of an impending tropical storm and that repairs to the Lake H1-B nano-bubbler — which lost prime after being turned off — will be completed tomorrow. He reported that key quarterly review and maintenance tasks had been completed and that Premier Lakes had increased service frequency from quarterly to monthly during the rainy season.
Operations Manager Shane Willis and Premier Lakes will prepare proposals for the electrical portion of a project to relocate a compressor in the Masters Lake. The Board took no action beyond receiving the update; staff will follow up with electrical proposals and schedule any required work.
