River Ridge CDD terminates Laz’s Lawn, hires GulfScapes at higher cost

On motion by Kurt Blumenthal and seconded by Bob Schultz, and with all in favor, the board authorized termination of the Laz’s Lawn Service contract and engagement of GulfScapes effective immediately. The motion included authorization for management to execute termination and new-service documents.
