The board discussed installation locations, the $150,000 traffic‑calming line in the capital plan and PSGRC criteria for issuing warnings and fines. Supervisors also discussed whether the homeowners association would assume ongoing cloud-device fees; board members suggested the HOA could offset those costs with covenant-traffic fine revenues.
On motion by Chair Bob Schultz, seconded by Kurt Blumenthal, and with all in favor, the board approved both AV‑Tech estimates (24150 and 24151) to wire and install the permanent and mobile signs and accept the cloud‑device arrangement for a combined total of $105,000.
